Fair play to the lad, he's been instrumental in our rise up the divisions and I thank him for that.

Wish him all the best wherever he will be next season.

Gower is a player that Swans fans have always had different opinions about during his five years with us, for some he was a waste of space whilst others thought him a valuable member of the squad. He arrived from Southend having often been a thorn in our side (similar to Darren Way of Yeovil) yet never really set the place alight when he was in the white shirt. Personally felt he served his purpose for us of sorts in the lower leagues despite never scoring (ok apart from once or twice) and should have left at least two seasons ago as you could see he was never going to cope in the premier league but he somehow managed to wrangle a new contract out of the manager. Wish him well wherever he lands up next but really glad he is no longer on the payroll getting money for doing next to nothing.

You can't blame him for signing a contract if it was offered to him.

He's been a part of our climb up the divisions so we should thank him for that, and wish him all the best wherever he goes next.

Thanks MG. Useless winger. A good Championship level central midfielder against the right team. Proved me wrong several times in the Prem. I personally would curse whenever I heard his name called out or see him warming up! However, he can tell his grandkids he was the most creative player in Europe and produce the stats to prove it ....something very few can say!

Good luck with your future career and finding the barn doors you Jack bastard!

Yea, when we got promoted he was one of the very few players with Championship experience...
It was a big deal at the time...He has put in some incredible performances for us.
Thanks Mark for your service to the Swans!
