That's a lot of Charlie for a young lad.

3 foreigners playing abroad I would go for are:

    1. Seb Kehl

    2. Thomas Buffel

    3. Marcus Berg

All would be lowish prices and first 2 have tonnes of experience, especially Kehl

Didnt Agnew state we were sticking with 352 as it was the "future" of the game?

If we 'stick' with a formation then Im afraid our management team arent very good. What if we lose the first 12 games? Do we 'stick' with 3-5-2? What if all our wide players get injured? What about setting up to gain maximum advantage over an opponent's weakness?

The entire squad should be easily versed and know their exact roles and those of their colleagues in a very minimum 5 different formations.

Wouldnt you add Aluko to that list? Cos if we dont he can talk to other clubs in just 7 months time.

I'd love Austin in a city shirt, it seems most of us would too.

What about odemwingie? He is leaving brom Clarke has confirmed.

Odemwingie is a great shout, would love to see him in a City shirt, I think him and Neville are the outside chances, but either of them would be great.

Think there's been some really good suggestions on the thread, wouldn't mind seeing a lot of them

He would have to take a wage cut to play for Hull City. Maybe Uncle Steve Agnew can have a word.

Both would be nice. Without question the squad needs goal scorers more than anything at the moment.

Charlie Austin is being linked with a move to Sunderland, providing they stay up.

Albert Adomah would do a job for you - we would probably accept around £1m for him

Birdcutt of Brighton looks a good player

I'd prefer them to build a team around a system as opposed to a scattergun approach of adopting every formation in the book and getting players to suit.

Mannone - talented, big game experience and I believe he has a genuine soft spot for us, I want players here who want to be here.

Bridcutt - standout championship player and would provide a hard working rock solid base for our attack minded players.

Austin - good in the air, can poach, can create from nothing, could also be a foil for Aluko, Brady etc.

That would add real quality to the spine of the team.

Flexibility of formation is the answer; players able to handle whatever is needed to face (and hold/beat) the opposition.

We obviously need more than 3 but these are top of my list (assuming we sign Elmo)

    Mannone/Kasper
    Bridcutt
    Austin

I also want Neville, Rhodes (if he takes a paycut), a centre half (Davies) and a backup keeper.

We need 2 strikers, 2 goalkeepers, a defender or 2 and at least 1 premier league quality midfielder at a minimum. I'd be happy with these players plus anyone else Brucie can snatch.

Kone is probably not gonna happen but he would absolutely be my top transfer. He is exactly what we need up front, with brady and alukoa on his sides.

Keeper wise. I'd have schmeichel but unlikely.

Chalobah looks real decent, he's the only players I'd have off palace or watford. but he wouldn't come if watford go up.

I'd have a huge boner if we somehow got Remy. Big fan of his. but it's pipe dream.

From the relegated teams I'd have:

Kone, mcmanaman , Dicko, Henriquez (on loan from United)

Diakité, mackie, fabio (on loan from united)

    No one from reading :D
