Replace McShane with Boyd and that's a good point.

Think Jordan Rhodes would be to expensive wage wise.
Charlie Austin may be a better bet.

Rhodes' wages will be quite high.

Don't want any more Mackem cast offs.

I'd take Sako but i've heard he's off to a more established premier league club.

    Mannone.

    Tunnicliffe or Chalobah on loan.

    Austin.

Brunt would be a great signing as well. Great delivery and scores a few.

I'm even boring myself with this Tunnicliffe thing to be honest. I'm starting to think I might be the only frigger who actually thinks he's any good.

Isn't Agnew Rhode's uncle or something like that?

Can't believe I named three midfielders and forgot about Chalobah.

I think Rhodes would fit into our style of play nicely and obviously scores goals, but for the PL most smaller teams succeed with a big all-round striker type such as Holt, Lambert, Michu, etc. I'm not sure Rhodes is that kind of player.

3 players who don't have injury problems, who are decent players, who don't cost too much both in fees and wages, who don't cause trouble with our backroom staff, who aren't complete morons and who aren't coming to us as one last pay-day who think that once they have put in good enough performances to impress the coaches/scouts and board into signing them then don't give a monkeys and give us bad headlines by fighting with club legends in front of WI members. There must be at least 3 who qualify

It should be borne in mind that getting promotion has already costed us millions with add-ons for Simpson, Brady, Meyler etc etc.

I forgot about Boyd to be honest, since it's been said that we already have a deal in place for him. I forgot to mention Aluko as well, I'd give him another 2 years on his contract this summer.

On Elmo, I wouldn't be surprised if the clause that said we could sign him doesn't exist any more because Sunderland recalled him in January and ended the original loan agreement.

Actually I think we need to improve on what we already have.

    Schmichael, Bridcutt, Rhodes

I'd also like Ebanks-Blake, McManaman, Turner, Larson.

We'll need an extra winger or two if we go 4-4-2.

Rhodes is allegedly on the same amount that Bullard was on.
