Yes we can, we get 120m for getting promoted. Plus, he isn't worth 5m+.

 

He's good but he's not worth 5M, 3M at best, his form has been far too inconsistent.

That's fair, but his contract isn't as long as you think, only two more years left, we can offer something you can't, personally I've always like Andy King, good passer, good in the air and can score goals, I was hoping Nigel would've signed him for us when he was manager, he'd be a perfect replacement for the ageing Robert Koren, however I don't see us bidding more than 3M for a Championship midfielder.

 

I've always thought that he either won't move or will go to a club like Villa or Everton.

Don't see us doing any business with Leicester and he ain't worth no more than 2-3 million at the very most

 

What can you offer that we can't? A relegation battle? Not wanting to sound like a WUM, but some players prefer to be where they're in with a chance of winning something than a stressful relegation battle, even if it is in a lower league. King will get his Prem chance with us soon enough.

And two years is certainly a long enough contract to get good money for him. Didn't you pay a few quid for Boyd when he only had about six months left on his?
