Gotta say the lad massively impressed me in the Champions League, looks a very good footballer as well as a decent finisher. That said, I wouldn't be overly excited if we signed him.

You can't be serious about Bosingwa? He's had an absolute mare of a season. He was quality when Chelsea first signed him but his standard of football started dropping at Chelsea about 2 years ago and Hughes still signed him and put him on 80k a week.
We may as well chuck £7.5m down the ****ter imo. You would need to score 60 goals a season in the mickey mouse league (now minus the only other fairly decent outfit up there) to catch my interest. SPL is no better than Division1/Championship standard imo. If Celtic were not there either, it would be Division 2 / Division 1. I wouldnt have him for free. No better than Frazier Campbell and we just let him go for nowt as he wasnt good enough. Totally the wrong way to go for me.

Here is my view. Championship player at best end of. Reasoning - if he was any good he'd be at a premiership club. This is nothing personal against him or Celtic. If people are happy with average players they'll be happy in the championship in a year or so because that is the direction we are heading. Me... We need to be scouting and buying players for 10 plus million... Paying 5 million gets you Danny Graham... 10 million plus get you the quality of Bent and Gyan who knew where the net was and scored for fun. This thread stinks of clutching at straws. I can see at least 12 in based on the ****e I watched today and for the most of this season.
