    4.00 - Ultrasonic, 2/1
    4.35 - Jack Of Diamonds, 7/4

I am totally with you on that one Redgull and was just going to put up the same without Vasily, (whom I think is not such a good thing) in a yankee. Speaking of which Should you have put that bet on in a shop you will have a fight on your hands later. The horses run at Lingfield but more importantly you have put five selections for a lucky 15 instead of four.

Good luck Red lets hope we can both have a decent payout courtesy of Mr Moore this afternoon . <ok>

    1.50 Haydock HOLLOW TREE 18/1 e.w (NAP)

Admirable little horse who struggled in the winter conditions of the NH scene but who gets good ground this afternoon. He comes here off the back of two promising runs, especially last time out at Aintree and I think Haydock is a definite front runners track. Whether he will last home for win purposes I'm not sure, but I am really hopeful he can ask serious questions of this lineup and he has dropped to a very tempting 132. He had plenty on the stretch at Aintree last time and hopefully he will have a slightly easier time of it up front this time, which will help him get a rhythm and hopefully save a bit in the tank for that last half mile.

    3.30 Haydock: Specialagent Alfie e/w 16/1

This strikes me as a horse on the upgrade and who has run good races in defeat- better than he gets credit for. This is probably his biggest race of the season and he has been campaigned sensibly leading upto this, so he could be one from under the radar and land a valuable prize for one of racings so -called lesser lights. Will enjoy good ground and is at the right end of the handicap. His form behind Court Minstrel is very solid.

4.40 King Of The Night 10/1

Gradually improving over fences, and the latest run showed signs of him getting the hang of things. Ran good races in defeat, and if he can continue on the upgrade over fences then this mark should be within his range.

    3.50 Ascot: JAMESIE 14/1(NB)

Very unlucky not to win here last year and needs that to change with his late swooping run- traffic can be a problem. However, he is capable off this mark.

    Ascot 2.05
    Scatter Dice 4-1 best odds

This horse is coming right back to form now and a good third at Salisbury last week should put him spot on for this. The trainer had a good winner last night and I feel will also be coming into form now also.

A couple of nice looking E/Ws for me:

SOLAR DEITY 3.50 20/1 Ascot - How a horse on this form is at these odds is beyond me....well worth a punt
NO DOMINION 7.45 11/2 Thirsk - If the AW form can be carried onto turf then in with a great shout

    Good luck all.

I did wonder the same ND but came to the conclusion that Solar Deity's best form is on the all weather and he has been a class horse mopping up some decent all weather races. Now however he is against better horses and back on turf he may find it an altogether different prospect. I certainly feel at the price however a small each way would not be wasteful.

Bit disappointed with Hollow Tree but I think he will eventually drop into the 120s with his mark and he will pounce- probably over 2 and a half miles.
