Apparently next seasons kit will be Striped. Unfortunately Cash Converters have taken up the third year of their sponsorship deal. One last bit of news, season ticket price increases will be kept under 10% very fair all things considered.
Also the regular away followers are going to be looked after instead of it being a lottery like last time. http://www.thisishullandeastriding....tory-18956115-detail/story.html#axzz2SVhK9iVn http://www.thisishullandeastriding....tory-18956117-detail/story.html#axzz2SVhK9iVn
I was going to post a thread about the kit, was going to say I hope to **** we don't get another generic kit, I fechin hate that. I know that's probably going to be a big ask with Adidas. I liked the Umbro kit!
So it'll be the striped template on this pic which I posted a month or so ago: please log in to view this image
If they used that template and took out the middle stripe and made the others slightly thicker we'd have nice shirt, similar to the 80s adidas one.
Mr Thompson said: "We are developing our ticketing system so there will be a priority for those loyal supporters who have followed us away on a long-term basis. "We want to reward those supporters who have followed us through the Championship and the promotion-winning campaign. "The club did make it a lottery last time. We want to reward the people who have been with us through thick and thin. "One of the highlights of this season's campaign has been the passionate support we have taken away from home. Why would we not want to say thank you to those fans?" So how will that work then if the buying of away tickets did not get logged against your customer number? What about the history on the old ticketing system which went back to 2002 rather than August 2012 ?

Disagreed. Though I expect I'm in the minority on that. I think if the kit is mainly black it just makes it a really dull shirt and makes the amber look likes Wolves' 'old gold'. One of my favourite City kits was the 07/08 promotion one and I thought this season's was good too. I just like a lot of amber.
So it's a less a reward for loyalty more a reward for buying through the club. Hardly seems fair to introduce this retrospectively, people who payed on the gate at away games would have ordered through the club if they knew this system was going to be implemented. I went to 12 away games this season, only two of those were bought through my customer number, looks I'll get the same rewards as someone that only went to Leeds and Barnsley.
Amber socks should be made illegal, ****ing horrible things, they make the players look like they're wearing cheap tights. If we get Amber socks again, i'm going to fly to Herzogenaurach to slap every bastard that works for Adidas.
Totally agree. The 2nd one is so much better, I can't believe people prefer the first. It simply has to be amber sleeves with black Adidas stripes. It would be a good shirt, the nearest we've had to our best ever 1978 shirt.
I don't see the problem, in fact until you mentioned it I didn't even notice we'd been wearing them all season: please log in to view this image I mainly wanted to post that because it's just an ace picture but also they're wearing amber socks.
That's hardly the clubs fault, you can't expect the club to reward you for loyalty, when they have no idea if you went to games or not, no system would pick up on that.
