Just been confirmed by BBC Sport that he's been released by Birmingham. Do you think we'll be back in for him?
We tried to sign him in Jan but he's a greedy bastard and thinks he's worth more than 50k a week, so unless he's willing to take a pay cut he can go **** himself. Decent RM, but not worth more than 40k a week IMO
Is he even that good, to me he's just another Bentley, thinks he's better than he is and lives off a few of his 'wonder' goals.
Exactly. He's not worth it IMO. He's probably no better than Guthrie/Raylor. And besides, i'd rather have Jonas on the RW next season.
The only thing that bothers me with Jonas is his tendancy to cut inside and if you put him on the RW he's crossing will be even worse. Plus, his rapport with Jose is excellent and you wouldn't wanna break that.
If we sell Enrique then there's no point of keeping on the left. He cuts inside to shoot, and 2 screamers a season isn't worth keeping him on the left to be able to shoot on his right. He should go on the right because his crossing is much better with that foot and that's what we need. Quality deliveries from someone with pace!
Don't particuarly want him either, unless he was on very little wages to bulk the squad up as a squad player. 20k a week and I would consider him!!!
Stop talking ****ing ****e man. There's no way on this earth he asked for more than 50k a week, and he definitely isn't worth 40k.
Such an over rated player and I wouldnt take him! No better im my opinion than Ryan Taylor which is that he can knock the odd corner or free kick in but he has no pace or trickery to be a reliable first teamer.
He didnt ask for 50k a week. I heard he wanted 20k and we were only willing to give him 10k. Not a key player = lower wage cap.
would have him as backup provided we sing a top notch winger, better in the role than Raylor (who i see as more of a right midfielder than a winger)
