Well not exactly, but as its looking likely he will soon be donning the red nose of infamy, I think a short reflection on everything bad about the man is called for. My problem, and one I promise not to mention again, is I have always liked the guy as he's done fairly well with limited resources. Not won anything admittedly, but what is missing - for me - is a reason to loathe and detest the man's very existence on this planet. Perhaps other are more knowledgeable. Obviously taking the job will be itself a reason for dislike, but I truly want much more than that. All I have managed to manufacture this morning is a vague feeling of contempt, thats not good enough - I dislike things like celery - what I need is some deep visceral hatred to bubble up. Views? Do you already hate him? Or are you one of the fortunate who already did? Share!
My hatred will begin in next 24 hours when he assumes power. However he may **** them up in the same way successive managers have destroyed Liverpool. If so, he will be a new found hero
I still have a weird feeling that mourinho is gonna swoop in and take the job. I don't know why but I don't think Moyes will go to scum
other than he looks like Gollum, I'm stumped. I'll grow to hate him though, thats for sure please log in to view this image
wiki is no help "Moyes admitted an improper conduct charge in September in relation to his behaviour towards referee Martin Atkinson following a 3â3 draw with Manchester United. He was fined £8,000" is hardly the stuff on which hatreds are built. Would be a lot easier if it does turn out to be the special one I agree - I actually think Man U would be better advised getting Moyes, there's a danger in that he's not won anything I guess, but I have always thought he was an immensely solid manager, one I'd have loved to have at ER (not that that was ever likely given our recent status).
I am holding onto that thought. (I don't think he will though, I fear he will keep them at the top - the thing that might take them down is the owners dislike of spending money(*), may catch up with them eventually) (*) yes I know, not in KBs league
I couldn't give a **** who's left them, or who's taking over. Doesn't change my life whatsoever and I'm fed up ****ing hearing about it
Bucks I'm down the gym and there's no escaping it - wall to wall coverage Ok I'm actually in the cafe of the gym, I've done my 10 mins
It's going to be a hilarious watching the disaster unfold. Moyes will be undermined by Ferguson's back seat driving, which will soon become sniping via his numerous mates in the media. The media will also find any opportunity to exaggerate divisions between the old guard and the new players brought in. And the 'fans' will get in Moyes's back as soon as results start going against them. I kind of feel sorry for the bloke. He's done wonders for Everton but Man U is a poisoned chalice. Hopefully it'll be the beginning of a long decline.
"I will regret for the rest of my life ... that I didn’t just tell him the bastard he is and how much I hate him. I wish the last words he’d heard had been how much I hated his guts." Do you need someone to give you Ken Bates' contact info?
