Hmmm I often wonder at some of the illiterate avd vile comments/words on internet forums.

I certainly wouldn't want to have a pint with those foul mouthed apologies for human beings, or a cup if tea.

My comment was NOT aimed at you Potts.

Thank goodness we only play Sunderland twice per season, every time we do the usual suspects emerge from under their rocks spouting forth their bile.

I just do not know what makes them tick, nor do I really want to.

Have a lovely sunny day pal. <bubbly>

I know it wasn't Nick no problem...
It seem's to be the norm on their board though? Fair enough but I don't like it on the Stoke board and said so!

Off to cut the lawns and top up my sun tan. <ok>

Read the thread in an unbiased fashion then mate..Yes, one or two Sunderland posters used swear words, but all the bile and insults come from Stoke fans..

You're wasting your time RAWhite - for whatever reason Waddo always seems to have a bee in his bonnet about us and this isn't the first thread he's started which shows his vitriol towards Sunderland. I suppose at some point he must have been 'wronged' by a Sunderland supporter and cannot get over it... then of course there's a lot of band-wagon jumping by other Stoke fans defending 'one of there own' even if he is a sh*t-stirring numpty. As far as Stoke as a club is concerned I've absolutely no hostility towards them at all... I don't particularly like Pulis but that hardly puts me in a minority.

    How's things Reg? <whistle>

Yep Waddo does like to wind up the Sunderland fans and I won't defend him why should I? It's his choice to have a go if he wishes no mine. Anyhow, I didn't like the use of four letter words and I don't think most Makem's do either. There is a button or a **** button just use it especially on our board. NOT having a dig at you mate but one Mackem did swear like a guddun.

So, what on earth happened last night? Did not listen nor watch the game so your views on here would be welcome. With regards to PULIS the guy is a first class tool.
And insult to many Stoke fans intelligence and has no idea on how to press home an advantage. I HOPE he know leaves our club and retires into some Welsh nursing home where he can HACK OFF anyone he chooses too!

Hope your son is doing well too REG! All the best for the rest. <ok>

    Potts,

You should have absolutely murdered us. We never got started and after the first went in and we went down to 10 men, we were beat. Half Time come though and second half we were much better, we were passing the ball about well and in all honesty, it looked like we were going to kick in and maybe get the three points.

Stoke were in total control and when we had Gardner sent off, you continued to boot the ball from defence to attack, completely missing out the midfield and not using the space of an extra man. This is what killed you, imo.

I think the first half was one of the worst I have very seen - from both sides. Jerome was lucky no to be booked, Adam and Walters were poor on the wings ( but they ain't wingers) and Crouch was missing and often played as a midfielder itch Jerome on his on?

2nd half was a much better game in which Sunderland battered us! We offered nothing and rarely countered, didn't spread the ball or even hold onto it! Walters playing all game and Adam being subbed said it all for me. Obviously glad we got the point but we fortunate to say the least. I though Johnson was excellent and reminded me of how we played when Ethrington was at his prime.

Pulis is lucky I've never close enough to Smack the useless tool. IF we have the BALL Sunderland with TEN MEN won't score. We should have taken off N'Zonzi and Whitebread... cos surprise, surprise PULIS. YOU did have Kightley and Owen on the bench. WHY take Adam off then complain that.." Neiher player wanted to tackle and get booked a 2nd time? Take the OFF then you numpty. <headbang>

P.S. Charlie the next time Pulis subs you could you kindly TWAT the idiot cap wearing Manager by the name of Clueliss PLEASE. It would make my day to see it.

Whitehead is one of the worst players for Stoke just behind ****ton and Whelan. we need a massive clearout of all of the ****, on another note Charlie Adam looked slow last night and he looked overweight to me. He needs to get his head down and train hard to get his sharpness back and play like we all know he can.

To be honest Potts, I watched the game and thought that Charlie Adam deserved subbing, he was very poor and looked really slow in my opinion.

So did a lot of them Ricc, it's just that Adam is the default sub regardless of who plays well. He wouldn't be ****ed if he was allowed to play in his natural deep midfield position rather than being stuck out on the wing, but that's TP for you. Walters offered **** all last night And the amount of times Rose just ran last him was embarrassing!

Yeah he could have subbed any of them realy but Adam did seem a bit off last night and by the looks of how he stormed off he could be another player that slips into the abyss.

Last season when Huth got sent off for a slide in the snow he couldn't pull out of we had virtually every Sunderland fan on here called us all the names under the sun. Last night Gardner was just as bad if not worse, but did we swamp their boards no. I have my reasons for the dislike of a minority of Sunderland fans (not all), and would be happy to see them go down!

    Quite right Waddo
We DID get slated by Sunderland fans and if memory serves me. The game should not have started IMHO. It was a farce from start to finish.

Seen Gardeners challenge this morning... DISGRACE.. at least Huth tried to get the ball in the game I mentioned.

PS I have very good reasons to dislike a few Gunners too mate. I'll keep it to myself as to why.

I feel a lot better after that Wigan result...:D.. The lads doing well, and it now looks very likely he will be studying down Staffordshire Uni, with our family connections down there being a big factor..I don't think I have seen a single Sunderland fan defending Gardner, although I would say that there was a very high tackle by a Stoke player a little earlier which also could have been a red card, and the antics of obstructing the opposing keeper at set pieces that Stoke seem to do as a general tactic needs to be stamped out by the referee...All in all it now looks like a decent result for both our teams..

I hear Whitebread was lucky to stay on the pitch. Gardener got punished it's done with now. Great result for us and helps you guys too!
