Kirkland instead of Stockdale?

Mannone for me. Or Myhill back. Not Stockdale for £4 million although he was a big part of our promotion.

 

Stockdale if we can get him for a quarter of what Fulham are asking. Not a fan of Kirkland, Havent seen the stats this year but unless i'm mistaken he's very injury prone, we need a permanent first choice that will be fit for an entire season not half of it.


Also, with paper transfer links already starting to appear any chance of a transfer rumour sticky so we can keep the paper speculation in one place?

 

I'd like to say Ter Stegen but that will never happen...dreaming

 

He is injury prone, but maybe SB is movng to get Fulham to drop the price (or will West Ham go after him?)

 

He was a big part in the promotion but also nearly cost us it with his errors!! Too many mistakes at this level, wouldn't stand a chance in the Premiership (if he was number 1 for anyone)

 

Kirkland a risk with injuries and Stockdale is a good lad, but too prone to spilling.

I agree that the Kirkland rumours may be letting Fulham know we are not desperate for Stockdale.

 

Mannone first choice, then Stockdale. Wouldn't go near Kirkland, he wears a cap, and he's injury prone.

Stockdale would be ok for backup but don't think he's good enough for the prem. Id go for Mannone

 

Schmeichel at Lesta only has a year left on his contract apparently? He always does great against us...

 

Kirkland won Wednesday's POTY and played 45 of the league games, I wouldn't complain if we signed him, as long as we brought in another keeper of top quality. Someone like Schmeichel or Mannone would do!

Kirkland does sound like a value for money deal, which I'm sure we'll be keen to get lots of this summer.

If he's proved himself to be good enough this year, then it could well make a lot of sense.

Especially when considering the alleged transfer fee Fulham are demanding for Stockers.

 

Mannone would be my preferred choice, never rated Kirkland would prefer Stockdale to him.

He'll still be hammered and rightly so.

He'll be looking now because the advantage of getting automatic promotion rather than going through the playoffs is you get a few weeks where you can go for players and none of your likely rivals for next season (other than Cardiff) can as they still don't know what division they'll be in.

 

I think a bit of transfer speculation after promotion is part of the moment.

I think we should try for Shay Given again, also Sorenson has been told he can leave Stoke I believe.
