Reading were also relegated on Sunday.

Are they airing their dirty washing in the press, announcing their transfer policy for next season before this one has ended, criticising players or blaming the previous manager?

I love you Tony, but please keep your head down and don't make us more of a laughing stock than we already currently are.

They probably are saying stuff but the press are more interested in us.

Things needed to be said and they were. I'd rather he do that than remain quiet and have worry that the same thing will happen next season.

Yes Reading have been making noise....along the lines of them being more prepared for the Championship.

The press don't really care about Reading and QPR are a journalists dream, so we are always all over it.

It's very important that Tony keeps us in the news ... why do you think he brought into us in the first place. If you think about the publicity he gets it's worth every penny

Even Savage reckons we will win the Championship next year at a breeze and there will be no excuses

Better this type of publicity than headlines about going into receivership again. TF is a media-savvy guy and we just need to accept that; being mocked by the press will drive him to fix the problems rather than walk away which is surely what we want.

It's interesting though: even through our several years as top London club in the 80's and early 90's we never generated half the press interest that we get now.
