http://www.hullcityafc.net/news/article/police-message-cardiff-h-803032.aspx? Not sure what it all means. Cardiff came about 6 years ago, broke some seats, threw them, one or two spilled onto the track behind the goal which prompted Humberside Police to start filming E1 & E2. Of course there were no arrests from visiting fans- despite Cardiff operating a strict membership scheme and a state of the art police control room overlooking the North Stand full of coppers coining it and looking busy. If it's a 'Watford 2008 playoffs' type euphoric victory, about half the crowd will be on the pitch at the end, which means several years of name and shame in the Mail as all the criminals are hunted down and prosecuted. Be lucky everyone - you never know what you are going to get with Humberside Police (except ineptitude).
Nice message from them. Being more supportive and positive than some on here, friendly advice, nothing at all contentious in there. Well other than the being positive thing obviously. If that message upsets anyone, I suggest you give your head a shake, and stay away from the KC because you've got issues.
get there early enjoy the day and don't get too pissed....Nothing to take exception to unless the paranoia is getting to you
I once played a game in drag for charity although I found liberating and exhilarating in equal measure. I looked like either Cissy or Ada. The one that Les Dawson played. In life one shouldn't take ones self too seriously and should be able to laugh at ones self. Advice the boring **** who started this thread should take on board. He's like a stuck record and a ****ing tedious one at that. O Superman by Laurie Anderson. That's Agro that is.
That's it ! The Eureka moment we've all been waiting for !!! Everyone turn up in stockings and suzzies ! Scare the **** out of em,that would do the job ! Tigress is definitely on to a winner here. Lip gloss, long blonde wigs, stilettos. Them taffs won't know what's hit em. Wadya say ?
Am i allowed on the Pitch at fulltime or not?, depending on results..of course. Be a joke if we weren't allowed, All those Barnsley Fans invaded there pitch and none we're arrested
When did it become the norm for the local police force to give out these 'messages' before every big game?
To be fair, it's not really telling us not to do anything is it? I think the OP is a bit shrill. No mention of not going on the pitch. I actually expected it to have a sort of "don't you dare have fun" tone, but it doesn't. Non story.
Agreed. I'm pretty sure we're allowed on the pitch. It's a norm for fans to do that when securing Promotion/Wembley play-off final. It doesn't say that you're not allowed in that statement, just that we need to be safe and not pissed. (Not referring to one night stands)
It's all part of the bullshit they feed to the non-football types and the gullible. Despite the clear evidence to the contrary, they still try to paint this image of it being Armageddon every game if they didn't get to line up their toy soldiers. They should shut the **** up and blend into the background until needed and find some other cash cow to milk.
