Just read in The Mail that ticket prices are gonna be 'slashed' by up to 35% to appease the fans after a poor season.

Obviously it's not gospel but if true it's a definate step in the right direction to get us, the fans on their side. Will be waiting for this weeks announcement with baited breath.

That would be a fantastic gesture if true. We need to fill our ground up and become the 12th man next season.

Even if they weren't thinking of it, hopefully this will push them in the right direction. I am reluctant to repurchase for a host of reason, but this may just swing it as I could miss some games without so much guilt......

More than likely it's another 'journalist' making up a number and printing it. Then, when prices are reduced by 'only' 25%, they can say that the board are money-grabbing bastards.

    It's what they do...

TBH mate, 25% would be enough to win me over. In fact, even 10% saves me 140 quid this year so i wouldnt turn my nose up at that even.

More money to spend on suntan cream and new speedo's :)

I personally think that the prices should be done on a sliding scale. So the more people that buy them, the cheaper they become.

    Example: 10k sold (10% discount) 15k sold (20% discount) 17.5k sold (25% discount)

That way the board know that the fans are commited to the cause also.

I believe that was done a few years ago?? If it is 35%, it will be through vouchers after you've spent £100 at the shop or some such thing. Can't see 35% myself but delighted to be proved wrong!

Forgive me if i'm wrong but weren't the vouchers issued AFTER we had bought are season tickets a few years back and TF and AB took over.
I'm sure it was a refund on what we had already paid, due to the fact Amit had resigned allegedly because of the fact we were being ripped off on ticket prices, and the next season the price went down from the year before.
Can't really see us being told a price to pay for a ST which includes x amount of vouchers to spend in the club shop........but i might be wrong.

a season ticket in the championship should be no more than £400, ticket prices in the England are a joke, millwall have a good pricing policy, but a reduction is reduction, but rangers was not cheap at all.

Would think we might get an announcement tommorow.

I might be cynical but what better way to get the fans on side before Saturdays game.

I think tonight he said there was going to be announcement today but only half of it was ready to announce. So they will announce next week and i think we can buy them as soon as they are announced then.
