I would definately play him because he can score goals.

    Play him upfront with Simpson.

If he's fit he should play as part of a three in midfield. Really not sure who I'd drop.

Not up front, he's more of a goal threat from midfield.

    --------------Stockdale--------------
    -------Chester--Faye--Hobbs---------
    --Elmo--Koren--Evans--Fathi--Brady--
    ----------Simpson----Boyd---------

Would be my team. Although we're unlikely to see neither Meyler nor Quinn start if I'm honest. Still, let's see what Brucey does. In Bruce we trust I guess ...

Why would you play him up front..........???????????????? He's not a front player, never has been and never will be - he was put up there in the first place as we had no-one else to do it (other than Herman...) he scores goals from midfield & despite what some say on here he holds us together - people give him a hard time but we don't work properly without him in the middle - Ashbee he ain't but front man he ain't either.....

Not sure who I"d drop? Can you think of a player who is quick on his feet and a lethal finisher NORMALLY but is not match fit and off the pace.

I think the midfield has to have Fathi in their - used to big games and the requirements that go with it. Hopefully his experience may rub off on the others.

    I would even try 4-4-2:

    Stockdale
    Fathi Chester Faye/Hobbs Brady

    Elmo Meyler Koren Quinn

    Simpson Boyd

    Or 3-5-2

    Stockdale

    Chester Faye Hobbs

    Elmo Meyler Fathi Quinn Brady

    Koren Simpson

It's only touch and go, as Bruce says.

He's back in training tomorrow or Wednesday hopefully.

Other good news is so is Jack Hobbs.

Fingers crossed we have both Jack and Koren back and Fryatt is given a place on the bench for the last 20 minutes if we need a goal(It's not like we have any other options from the bench!)

    --------------Stockdale--------------
    -------Chester--Faye--Hobbs---------
    --Elmo--Meyler--Evans--Quinn--Brady-
    ---------------Koren-----------------
    -------------Simpson----------------

Is the team I'm hoping to see.

I'd play Koren as an impact sub:

    Stockdale
    Chester Faye Hobbs
    Elmo Meyler Evans Quinn Brady
    Simpson Gedo(if fit)

more chance of scoring. If he is half fit I would still play him and tell him to shoot on sight. We can't score goals, we are pathetic in front of goal. I can't see where the next goal is coming from.
Koren can score from outside the box and if he is not match fit then just behind Simpson is the best bet.

that will be the team i think. Even though Elmo should be dropped because I have no idea what's happened to him in the last few games !

the point is we will probably need to score a goal to get promoted. Koren is the most likely player to do this. Playing in the last 20 minutes might be too late !
