It has to be a Campbell assist, back for a late corner maybe, would be the quiz question forever asked, which non Hull City player assisted both goals that sent them up to the Prem.
Ok chaps news from our camp. Campbell will be fit for Saturday, so will Maynard. As Malky is still very fond of Watfraud, I think it will be safe to say that we will not roll over, and I suspect that you will need Leeds to do you a favour, which is unlikely. Malky may well start with a totally different lineup which will give Bruce a real headache, My money is on Velonika (another one of our expensive non playing players) to get at least 30mins, probably start with Gestede up front, may start with Whittingham in midfield. There are so many perms really. But I wish you the best of luck as you have been our closest rivals for a long time now. Do your fans feel that you have blown it ? We will be coming up to Hull with a very large contingent all looking for a party atmosphere, but I suspect that it will be nail biting times for you lads.
The general consensus is that we have blown it due to the last three performances but you never know (stranger things have happened)
One good thing for you guys, I really believe that Bellers will probably be on the bench Saturday, and Noone will start.
I do see what you're saying but it's not about what Malky wants is it? Common sense would suggest that literally all your players care about is getting through the game not injured. If there is a 50/50 ball you really would expect they wont go for it no matter how much Malky wants it.
The whole Malky will do it for Watford thing is bull****. What do you expect him to say to the players "do this for Watford lads give them a chance"? Cardiff players will love that... Even if he did the players wouldn't give a **** anyway, and its down to them to do the business.
bull**** man Wasn't suggesting that we were going to do it for Watford, and as for the 50/50 Ball theory, well that is pie in the sky also. What I will say is this, we have some very good ball players in our side, and we are very quick on the break. The pressure is off on Saturday, if we play without anything on it, which there isn't, we could well give you a good hiding, on the other hand if the players are thinking about their summer hols, you could give us a pasting. We will have to wait and see. Whichever way I think the footballing gods will favour us, mainly due to the fact that We Are The Champions after all.
Campbell and Maynard up front is good news for us. Both unfit. Just look how bad Fryatt has looked the last 2 games. I would suspect that MM will play his squad players especially the ones he needs to a final look at before telling they can leave. I really hope that Campbell and Maynard play. Give them both an early kick and they will go into hiding. imo. I am expecting a mix N match team. But we need to be in there faces as non of them will fancy it if it gets rough especially as the flake that is Fraizer Campbell. Hope McShane goes right through him in the first minute. I agree. Cardiff players wont care wins 2nd spot. All they want to do is get through the game un-injured and go on there holidays. But its upto Hull City now. Nobody else.
I don't know you dig yourself into holes like this. Campbell's only been out four weeks, not an entire season, he's bound to score. Mind you, you've been claiming Cardiff were going to bottle it all season, I don't suppose one more week of nonsense makes much difference.
