Or requesting in private calls to the referees federation that they don't get certain referees for games - just like Ferguson, Hughes and Rafa did via the media - and the Italian FA crackdown on it.

Or indeed players get caught betting on matches NOT INVOLVING THEM which is illegal in Italy yet players here do it all the time.

After which the UK media as a man then chose to report both as match fixing.

I hope it's true. The midfield were poor this weekend. They werent combative enough and gave the opposition far too much time on the ball. We were outplayed, and shouldnt have been (so easily).

Saturday is a game for hunger over ability, IMO.

You know it makes sense. I'm just lacing up some trainers now.
Have topped up my supply of blood pressure tablets to satisfy the drugs for sale angle.

I hope Elmohamady was one of the players that got a talking to as he was absolutely anonymous during the match

Well, Brucie tried to take the sting out of the situation last week by taking them to Hornsea. It clearly didn't work. I think a few arses need kicking and if the players are rowing with each other then all well and good. Get it out in the open, point fingers and have a slanging match. Once finished then get out onto that pitch on Saturday and get in Cardiffs faces like Barnsley did on Saturday. Collectively this lot can win for us all on Saturday if they go out as a unit. Don't let Cardiff settle and get at them. That's what we have done for most of the season and if we can get back at it we will prevail.

Our main players are not performing all at the same time. I am now hopeful rather than confident whereas before the Bristol and even Barnsley games it was the other way round. Wonder if the players feel the same?

Just to clarify - you win, you go up.
You lose, we win - we go up.
You draw, we win - we go up.
You lose, we draw - we go up.
We win, you win - you go up
We lose you lose - you go up
We draw you draw - you go up.

I just want to see the players fighting for every ball and showing passion right from the start, that way the crowd will be behind them and stay behind them. Its when they look disenterested that the crowd go quiet and tense so its up to the players. I hope they were skuffling in the tunnel and laying blame somewhere, they need to sort themselves out and play like they care. Apparently whilst the City supporters buses were still being "held" or whatever happens the players bus shot past them so they didn't hang about at all. I got this from someone on the supporters bus. Must mean Bruce just got them away hopefully to let them stew for a while before having a clear the air talk when things had calmed down.

We need someone on that pitch who will run through a brick wall win every 50/50 challenge and tell the others if they don't follow is lead and pull out of any challenge he will grab him round the neck lift him off the floor and strangle him. That alone will get 23000 City fans cheering and willing them on because if there is one thing about the fans then at times like these when the chips are down they are at there best providing the team show some passion

Wouldn't it have been easier to just say that if you get a better result than us then you're up, if you don't then we're up? Why do some people have to overcomplicate everything? (there's irony there harrowhorn)

I think harrowhorn was worried patty wouldn't understand it!

The idea that Watford v Leeds is at Leeds and we only have to draw and Watford have to win shows a frightening lack of understanding.
