http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2013/apr/28/qpr-reading-awful-truth Even the more masochistic self-hating turds among our support will agree that moneybags DQPR ****ed it up much worse than we did.
Out of Reading and DQPR, Reading have the best chance to bounce back. DQPR brought in the high earning mercenary players and caused friction in the dressing room, Reading still have a team spirit. DQPR will implode, Reading will not.
They said that about teams like Burnley and Blackpool though and how have they done? I'd rather my team had a go then take the money and not make an effort to stay up.
I think QPR will not only keep a strong team but will probably invest aswell like west game did and should piss the league, I know it didn't quite work to plan for west ham but it did for Newcastle and similar situation west brom. They'll also probably keep our arry who will get some spirit and fight into that dressing room and easily capable of steering them out of this league one way or the other.
They're looking to get rid of all their big earners... http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/qpr-many-10-go-summer-1818775 Good luck with Samba.
I see wily old Brown Envelope 'Arry had a lower win percentage as DQPR boss than either Colin or Hughes. Funny how hw hasnt focussed on this when blaming previous regimes for the mess they're in. And this week he complained about a split in the camp caused by the astronomical wages offered to some signings. Who exactly was he blaming here? He seemed to overlook the fact he signed Samba and Remy on extraordinary salaries that no other club in the Prem were prepared to match.... He really is a slippery, saggy-faced ****.
To a lesser degree Wolves will also be trimming. Remember when we had their posters on here? http://www.independent.ie/sport/soccer/wolves-at-the-door-as-doyle-eyes-escape-route-29227816.html
He's been out injured for a few weeks and is expected to miss pre-season, but he's out of contract, so is likely to be available on a free.
Whatever league we are in next season I should think we'll have a long shopping list of available strikers.
He (Redknapp) signed a fair proportion of the players that have contributed in getting DQPR relegated though, hasn't he? Certainly Samba, Remy, Townsend - Who else? Ben Haim, Jenas and some Chinese geezer. 6 players and approx £22m to return a worse win ratio than Hughes way to go Harry.
