It's probably untrue but there are murmurings on twitter and other forums that Pardew has been called in for an emergency meeting with Ashley and Llambias. The rumour stems from a local journo apparently.

    Can't help but hope.

There's a rumour going round the ladies changing room at our gym that I'm incredibly well hung.

    I started it.

It would not be surprising after last night. Out of interest, would you fire him now or wait till the end of the season? If you did do it now who would you get in as a replacement?

For me he should have been sacked at full time, no choice but to sack him now
We are already down but I can't handle another 3 limp wrist performances like yesterday

Said this on another post but - Anyone seen the footage of Llambias yesterday. Ashley stooge fair enough but the look on his face and reaction was telling. He was embarrassed. I think Pardew is going to get the chop.

    Doubt its true.

Don't really see the point at this stage. Has to go in the summer though.

I mean if you lose the manager it is a similar situation as when you last went down, firing the manager and bringing Shearer.

You just have to stick with it and hope at this stage.

I said I'd give him another season. In an ideal world I'd still like to but he will be gone end of the season. There is no way for him to get the supporters back on side now, we've seen this so many times here, once they turn on you then you are ****ed.

I suspect Ashley will have lost patience after yesterday. Even some of the supporters who were in the "lets give him time camp" have turned. Little point in sacking him now, it won't achieve anything. If they did I'd appoint Hope Powell, then at least we'd have some hope. Where's my coat.........

Bring in Di Matteo, if we go with Pardew till the end of the season we are going to go down anyway as we will not pick up anymore points imo. We are simply hoping Villa and Wigan don't pick up the required points even though it is actually in our hands! It shows how desperate and **** we are

An Emergency meeting means he's not gonna be sacked.

There is no emergency meeting, we are stuck with this useless bastard until the end of the season. They would never sack him now
