The blame lies in a number of places:

1. Ashley - for keeping his hands in his pockets and not strengthening the squad over last summer
2. Pardew - for poor game plans, tactics and baffling substitutions throughout the season
3. Players - for being complacent at the beginning of the season and allowing lack of confidence to bring them down rather than using it to fire themselves up in the latter part of the season
4. ? - for the sheer number of injuries we've had this season that seem a bit abnormal in supposedly fit players. Could have been dealt with under other circumstances - see 1. above

 

Guys can you help me out, can the people who keep saying " sacking him would be daft with 3 games to go " please justify your thoughts as I cant get my head around how keeping him on would be a better option ?

We have now gone but I cant sit and watch another 3 games of that piss poor excuse of an effort.

I want him gone as well mate but I realize it's nonsensical because who the **** would we bring in? But at least I wouldn't have to look at the ****ing **** again.

 

Agree however I would have carver or one of the back room staff as pardew is the root cause and has lost the players backing

 

I haven't got a clue who can come in now or how it would work but do know if we don't make any changes we are as good as relegated. Trust our club to go from 5th to this **** and u just know seen as the money is rising next year that we would fall out of the league at the same time. I just can't believe what is happening right now.

 

He needs to go at the end of the season. He's lost the fans and by the looks of things the dressing room.

 

I think he has to go now. I've weighed it up and feel we won't get more than 1 point under Pardew which I feel is the line for safety. And as our goal difference is now shot, we need 39pts or more. Now, if we go down, who's better than Pardew to come in and take a decimated team and get it back up? No-one sparkling, but anyone could do it - more or less. But right now we're on our knees - for someone who fancies the challenge that's enough for me. Anyone who has the balls to stand up and say "I can do it" gets my vote. Pardew doesn't have the balls, so he can fck off.
