    How about:

Gosling is fit - Get's injured
Enrique will negotiate a contract when we're safe - no contract negotiations
We will sign an international midfielder very soon - actually it may not be so soon
Ameobi is one of the top strikers he's ever worked with - not going to go into that <laugh>

I have faith that Ben Arfa will be okay after all this, but not because of Pardew

Signing HBA was always going to be a gamble, nobody knows how the injury will affect him physically or mentally. I couldn't believe it when we signed him permanently, the only reason I could possibly think of was that his value had dropped dramatically to the point it was worth the risk. But this regime doesn't operate in rational way and you wouldn't be surprised if they have paid the original fee agreed at the time of the loan agreement. Which to me would be madness.

Its a strange strategy for a club with a very small first team pool to concentrate its buying on foriegn kids (none of whom have come through or look likely to) and crocks. Seems to re-affirm KK's view "they haven't got a clue", reinforced by todays news on Barton.

No because these types of injuries effect a player forever you *****loid.

I hope he does get fit but he will never be the player he was or could have been

I'm not saying zero faith, just that not everything Alan Pardew says can be taken as gospel.

I meant they would of been 'raping' you because you're a gimp, and you don't know for sure that he won't come back fine. More chance that he doesn't, but it doesn't mean 100% he won't be the same. E.g. Aaron Ramsey, out for ages, was starting games end of the season, and scored past Man U.

The are of the break means Ben Arfa should not be affected as a player after the injury. This came out ages ago, utter bullshit from this Wraith guy.

I fail to trust sports journalists who generally know **** all about their field.. when one comes out and comments from a medical stance then i know they are talking out of their stupid arse that they call a face.

Steve has connections with the player as he's member/leading member of Players Inc which set up player talk in events and looks after them during their career and after.
What baffles me is why would he say this today, the season ended on Sunday so surely all players would at least get this week off.
