I think it is: Raise income - sponsors etc. Keep control of expenditure Sign new players - 2 CBs and 2 wingers plus a classy midfielder and a great centre forward extend stadium capacity to 42000 Get the home and second kit right this time
Getting our kit right is probably the quickest and cheapest of these tasks to do....back to the stripes please
Yes, proper stripes please. Imagine Terry Paine, Mick Channon, Jim Steele, Jimmy Gabriel, John Sydenham etc etc in anything else.
1] Total Domination... 2] ...and then some. 3] Annual strip change... 4] but remember to keep the Brazil kit... 5] ...because everybody loves it.
I think Nicola will have 4 really good things on his list and one that is only there to piss the fans off (because a guy is entitled to a bit of fun).
There will be a thing or two on his Summer agenda too I am sure. Aside from FFP, the opportunity will come up for clubs to change the ever-popular rule over retrospective action in the Premier League. This didn't happen last time round, but given some recent incidents it might finally be time for a slightly more sensible rule.
1. Get the sponsors to make smaller watches. 2. Make Francis Benali an offer he can't refuse. 3. Put up the price of hospitality so that there are even more empty seats around him. 4. Make the ticketing systems even more flakey. 5. Invite The Echo to work hand in glove with the PR department.
1. English Domination 2. European Domination 3. World Domination. 4. Universal Domination. 5. Make sure all laundry is cleaned and done, pick kids up at 3, tea at 5 and evening paper later on.
Love our home kit...we look like a classy side. Would like them to stick to predominantly red next season, though suspect a little more white will creep in. We look like Liverpool this year...perhaps we could be Arsenal next season with white sleeves
Intersting thread! In no order of priority; 1. Wholesale clearout of 15 players (see other thread). 2. Identify and sign upgrades to playing squad within a reasonable budget. No stupid wages, concentrate on young players. 3. Raise profile of team outside of the UK- seek globally recognized sponsor at the same time. 4. Further investment in Academy 5. Send Corky a nice timepiece with a contract to sign No point messing with the home kit- red plays very well in Asia (and its the best kit ever!)
1. Improve on his smug look to camera 2. Appear on the front of the programme more 3. Carry on building the secret lair in the hollowed out volcano 4. Find a mini-me 5. Smile more and hug a random saints fan every game
Who gives a **** about Asia? Its SOUTHAMPTON football club. Personally, I couldn't give a **** if we had no overseas fans. I support a football club, not a ****ing corporate brand.
