I think thats the most frustrating thing about Suarez. Off the pitch he is apprently a really nice guy. Seems to be a good family man and loving father. As far as I know he has no history of off field bad behaviour like having affairs or bar room brawls. However it seems as soon as he set foot on the pitch his animal instincts kick in. Sometimes it good to a little bit of a passion on the pitch but obvisouly biting people is taking things much too far

 

Ask any pro what they'd do if an opponent bit them & I'd wager that the vast majority would say they'd smash them in the grid.

If I suffered a broken leg from a poorly timed challenge I'd forgive the opponent. If I was bitten by some ****house on the pitch, I'd want to smash his grid in & would think he was a ****ing lunatic.

It just proves the point that the media have completely blown this our of proportion.

 

Thats because its not a normal thing that happens on a football pitch, Suarez hits new low was bound to happen and will hit new lows in the future because the guy wont change, I mean headbutting a ref at 15 yo and 11 years later still hitting the headlines for the wrong reasons.

 

Liverpool fans will continue to idolise Suarez, so that's hypocritical for a start.

Secondly, non United fans respect him as a professional footballer, not as a man, in the main.
