I came in from the match yesterday and despaired that yet again we are talking about his rage and not his talent. I despaired that yet again Suarez has taken that loyalty and faith and thrown it right back in our faces. I despaired that he hasn't learned a single lesson and learned to control himself but most of all I despaired that the thing of emotion and beauty that was the minutes applause before the game was lost amongst the **** storm of his actions. You and 99% of others can forgive him for that because of his undoubted talents but some of us find it a bitter pill to have to swallow...again.

I agree not going doesnt mean you love the club less, I also agree some comments where knee jerk in the heat of the moment. But the way LFC have handled this today as been correct, and the way I said we should handle it late last night

    1. Suarez apology
    2. Fine Suarez
    3. Fine to HSG
    4. Anger Management
    5. Under no circumstance sell Luis, and issue statement saying that is our stance

Theres one more thing we must do, stick to number 5 in the summer

D's I think you'll find a lot of people were angry with him yesterday. Very much a case of not again! Some like me when they calmed down added a healthy dose of reality to that anger.

The club was never going to just get rid, he's an asset not just a person. And yes selling/firing him on principles in a game that no longer has any principles would be a self defeating gesture as another club would snap him up. Its also passing the buck morally if that's what we're trying to uphold. But we can't just shrug our shoulders each time.

I'm also all for second chances, redemption , turning things around & believe people should be given a chance to do so.

    But three questions to you.

    1) how many chances do you give a player? Because how many would we get at work?

    2) Where is your line with player behaviour? What act would you not accept the idea of a player committing and still wearing the shirt? Do you have any moral line that can't be crossed just for the sake of a game of football?

3)people held that opinion which disagreed with yours. Why did you feel the need to personally insult those people by name calling & the repeated declaration that they are not real fans? Nobody insulted you.

On the plastic debate I'll state my case one final time. Without the TV watchers there would be no money in the English game. Like it or hate it your "thousands" and sacrifices are pocket change in today's game. They don't pay for the Suarez or the Alonso. Without the armchairs you'd be watching the equivalent of the Irish league and fair play to you, you'd probably still go to every match home & away & that's to be applauded.

but I find it ridiculously arrogant to despise the very people who's presence and its big tv money advertising give you those star players you "sacrifice" so much to go and see....

.and finally: if you don't want to hear armchair opinions I suggest you stick to debating the club in the local pub with the real fans rather than the Internet where the majority of us armchairs tend to hang out.;)

Edit: TBF you answered some of this while I was longwindedly typing...

Merseyside Police have claimed no further action will be taken against Suarez, after they visited Ivanovic at his home following complaints by spectators.

Seems Ivan isnt pressing charges, if he had wanted to, he would have called the police himself, why these ****wits feel the need to call the police about something that happened to someone else on TV is beyond me, they need to get a life.

If he does leave after the depth of support he's had from everyone associated with the club on an ongoing basis, then he's a complete **** <ok>

    1) how many chances do you give a player? Because how many would we get at work?

A player like C Poulsen gets no chances, a player like Suarez gets lots, thats not fair but neither is the world, and LFC exists to win games not be fair2) Where is your line with player behaviour? What act would you not accept the idea of a player committing and still wearing the shirt? Do you have any moral line that can't be crossed just for the sake of a game of football?

An assault would be allowable,so would a drink drive, something like Lee Hughes did would be well below the moral line. Also, Im sure some of the people critising Suarez yesterday have done things morally wrong in there life, steeling, drink driving, affairs, some would say drugs

3)people held that opinion which disagreed with yours. Why did you feel the need to personally insult those people by name calling & the repeated declaration that they are not real fans? Nobody insulted you.

I was simply saying that I was not happy about fans sat at home who dont spend money going to games telling us we should sell him, our best player,to a riva

.and finally: if you don't want to hear armchair opinions I suggest you stick to debating the club in the local pub with the real fans rather than the Internet where the majority of us armchairs tend to hang out.;)

I rarely drink on match day, usually the only time I drink is for away matches

Personally I think he will get a 6 game ban but I am hoping for a 4 game ban as this season is over already for us and I would like him for first game of next season

if you've not figured out that that is just what the guy is by now.... <laugh>

suarez is the most balanced player in the prem. for those 30 goals he did 30 disgusting things to balance them out.... like karma...... all is right with the universe when suarez kicks a kid then donates to charity.. there's a sort of twisted logic to it.
