I didn't know there was a rally on this weekend, but I passed three Vespa's and two Lambretta's yesterday, so I figured there must be something going on. I don't go to many meets, but I do pop in at the odd one at Blackies in Brough or Ionians in Brantingham. There's an alldayer coming up soon, I might bung up an article about it for anyone who's interested.

By allowing him some voice in this world (on here) we are probably saving a life (his or someone else's). He is obviously desperate for attention so let's entertain the poor child. Wished I'd taken some snaps of the scooters. Some crackers. Truly mint original condition, no extras fitted. Must have been at least 70 bikes that I saw. My kids were impressed. The 8yr old wants one. They were certainly well received by the locals. One scooter had a sound system built on , bellowing out nostalgic tunes. Wish I could of stayed amongst them longer. Had to take my lad to march throgh Town with his Cubs pack.
There's one in South Cave at the Bear in which is massive. I missed it last year but everybody says it was amazing and it went on long into the night. I worked the Ionians one 3 years ago and some of the scooterers tried to rob us (we had to stay over in subsequent years and guard the safe!).
