actually this QS has been posed in "yahoo answers.co.uk" many times and seem am not only one to struggle to get it even in UK
reading the replies there, it seem it means either "disabled" (the majority opinion), or "stupid" or "sex slave"? if it is disabled, then it is not funny to joke about them, if it is stupid, well he could had said "Forrest Gump" as his problem was the lack of any intelligence, so why changing the title? and if it is sex slave, what "Forest" has to do with it?
