Not sure if I've missed something but has there been a period for current pass holders to renew and keep their seats? I've just renewed and ended up in the SE corner as my current seats are not available.
I can't understand that, if you're renewing you should be able to keep your seats(unless it's something to do with being in the South and not having kids tickets etc), I'd kick up a fuss to keep your seats if you want them.
You should be able to have your own seat, I thought the guarantee was 16th April along with cost guarantee. I'd ring them if I were you.
Yeah I thought it was strange I was east stand block E9/E10 and now I'm SE corner it's not a million miles away i know but I also don't want to be surrounded by the nappie brigade
Today is the end of the price freeze for renewals. From monday the price will go up. Not sure when season cards go on general sale like. www.hullcityafc/news/article/season-cards-201314-update-781393.aspx
My cousin went in to renew his yesterday and his seat was still reserved for him, they had it down as been taken on their screen at the ticket office, but think it's like that so they don't sell the seats to new applicants.
The price freeze ended half an hour ago, but it wasn't just for renewals, it was for renewals and new applications.
How were new applications able to get the price freeze ? FFS, that was supposed to be for the benefit of excisiting card holders. New applications should have to pay the full price. Here we go again. ala Duffen days. Thankfully its not an issue for me but i know many who will be pissed off about it.
I applied on monday via the post.. hope they have sorted my application.....havent had a pass for the last 5 seasons. ( health ). Not a glory hunter...i just asked for E3. E2 or E1. Said E4. 5, 6 7 if not.
You don't half come out with some ****, we've had ten thousand empty seats for most games this season, we're obviously going to do everything we can to fill the stadium and charging new season ticket holders higher prices than existing season ticket holders would be ridiculous.
As long as I'm getting it at last seasons prices I'm not fussed if new applicants pay the same or more If they paid less then I'd be annoyed
I STILL haven't heard back from the club about my renewal. I posted it just before the Boro match. I'm getting pissed off.
The Club have said to ring them if you hadn't heard about your postal application any time soon.. I've emailed them a number of times and they responded each time in an hour or so. [email protected]
Sometimes it depends who you can in the office, i know they try there best but some are a bit dilly, i can believe some will get the wrong seats
Just spoke to them and my seats are still there waiting for me if I want to swap back into them. Apparentley the guy didn't realise I was renewing, strange really seen as he checked were my current seats are...strange! Anyway anyone sit in the SE (top)corner is it full if kids or should I change back
That should be obvious. Your talking the ****. Does loyalty not mean anything to even someone like you ? Guess not.
If you're trying to increase sales by a third, in a difficult market, the last thing you do is try and charge your new customers more than you're charging your existing ones. Simple economics and a concept that even simple people should be able to grasp.
