I really liked Hunty when he played for us, but on Tuesday night, I could see why fans of other clubs hated him. Petty ball moving for free kicks and throw-ins, trying to buying free kicks, moaning at the officials about everything. In short, he's a ****er and I hope someone nicks his caravan.
He'll go down as one of the most overrated players City have ever had. It's embarrassing he won our player of the season. Ran around like a headless chicken and kicked people, which apparently is what City fans like. I hope Wolves go down this season, that'll be his fourth career relegation I think.
I quite liked him, he had a good dead ball delivery, if Elmo had his tenacity and work rate we would have been promoted by now.
Absolute bollocks, its not tenacity and work rate, its running around like a headless chicken. He's an overrated ****, who could soon have four relegations to his name. Who's fault will it be this time?
Stephen Hunt is last weeks chip wrapper. Despite us gifting Wolves 3 points on tuesday i can still see them going down. Charlton(a) - Burnley(h) and Brighton(a) to play. Oh dear.....
which of these do you hate the most ? Nigel Pearson Adam Pearson Stephen Hunt Personally I think you are a ****
Why is he a ****? I rarely agree with anything the mad bastard posts but at least he sticks to his guns. One of my favourite posters is Perry.
Hunts dead balls where horrendous, never been so frustrated by someone in my life consistently hitting the first man but refusing to let someone else take over
I don't agree with TWF often, but in this case I do 100%. Ive always said it, he was one of our least talented players in the Prem and for a winger got so few assists it was embarrassing. He rarely beat a man, constantly ran into blind alleys and seldom delivered a cross. He was like a slightly better Craig ***an. I honestly think our fans loved him because all our other fans did, in the same way they initially hated Damian Delaney. There was no justification for either, it was pure mob rule mentality.
Unfortunately, that's nothing new nowadays. I'm sure you'd applaud it from our own team if it helped run down the clock though.
I think the reason Hunt was quite popular, was because during our second Premier League season, he was one of the only players who actually looked like he gave a ****. He also scored six goals, in a low scoring side, including goals against Chelsea, Spurs and Everton.
Yes he was quite popular , he wasn't hailed as the next messiah though , just rated as somebody who appeared to care
Well I could care and run around like a ****ing mentalist, it doesn't make me a good footballer. The only thing I liked about Hunt was that he openly hated Jimmy Bullshit.
I thought his set plays where quality. But its always worrying when your wingers main attribute is workrate.
Bit harsh to say he was terrible, he was our top scorer that year, and his set pieces were pretty good too. Not exactly the next Messi but hardly the worst player we've ever seen.
