We could be seeing Rooney, Van Persie, Tevez, Suarez, Mata and many others playing next season. Not for City of course.
too right. and so should the **** that was sat in front of me with a liverpool shirt under his City one TWAT!!!!!! never seen so much red in the stadium, the ****ers should have been kicked out of the home stands, it was ****ing embarrassing.
Although I understand both sides of the argument, I don't see how anyone could not prefer to be up against the likes of Van Persie, Rooney, Hazard etc. It's what makes us being a Premier League side feel real.
never heard of them. when i go to see a city match it's to see the players in black and amber. no doubt there are some plastic fans out there more interested in the opposition players but they are just sad bastards.
Well said, too many ****s are starting to wet their knickers at the thought of opposition players next season, they should **** off back to FIFA on their Xbox and supporting manure via their armchair
I will be surprised IF more than 2 are with PL clubs next season. Villa to Villa could be one of them maybe ?
What's wrong with enjoying seeing class opposition and admiring their performances? I go to watch hull city and going we win, but if we're going to lose, as a football fan sometimes it's nice to lose to a world class performance from top players. I take it no one on here ever watches any other football matches then?
This is aimed at the ****s who spunked all over Gerrard and are probably now sat rubbing theirs cocks at the thought of been in the same ground as the players named in the title. In other words sad ****ing ****s
I'd much rather lose to a great team and say "Wow they were good." Than lose 1-0 at home to Burnley and be fuming all the way home about their time-wasting, deliberate fouls to stop play, or other such Championship nonsense.
But you go to watch City. There's a difference. You're right, there's nothing wrong in going and saying that the number 10 for the opposition was a good player etc etc. However, the newer fans, that our promotion will attract, might be there just to see the opposition and not for City. They might not even turn up at all unless it's Chelsea or Man Utd, or Liverpool in town that weekend. And if so what's the point in them buying a pass? They might as well fork out to go to London or Lancashire. You can see where the grumblings are coming from, because you don't want to see the fans to look part time because a few twats, who can't help themselves but run on the pitch and try hug and then nick Steven Gerrard's shirt off his back. Especially, after we've just gone down.
This post for me sums up everything wrong about supporters who are suddenly excited about the Premier League. Are you watching City or the opposition? I'm hoping to see Sone Aluko, Janes Chester and Elmo...
Without a shadow of doubt, the worst moment in our entire history. Worse than giving Bratfud the South Stand. I hope everyone in that crowd around Gerrard is humiliated beyond belief.
Pretty much my thoughts on the matter. No doubt there are, but it is impossible for me not to notice what opposition players are doing, and I always earmark who I consider to be their best player(s) and keep an eye on how our players match up to them. Like was said above, you would rather see how your team perform against the lauded world class premier league players rather than some anti footballer playing for someone like, oh I don't know, Stoke!
