I am going to go back a little as well. Thanks to DJ. He had some tough years as a manager but kept us up there, which made us attractive to buyers. Peter Ridsdale, I believe, did his best at his time here. I personally believe that he kept us from administration with a lot of hard work and fast talking. He also helped pass the club onto Mr. Tan. After the Sam days, many clubs would have imploded but the board, the team, and the staff kept the club together. Also a big thanks to TG, who sadly left before this moment. He made the transition to our new owners go smoothly (well, reasonably smoothly). I am a very very proud Bluebird!
Seems the fitting time to come out of hiding, sorry havent been around, its been a tough year - i wont bore you with the details but what an achievement! So immensely proud! Bloobirds.
PPBB Great to see you back on here. Hope all goes well for your future. I was thinking of some other regular posters no longer around, e.g Prophet, Clingo, Bluebirdinakilt, YorkieBluebird and DaveJonesRhondda. I'm sure others can name many more. I hope they are still with us and were able to enjoy last night as much as the rest of us. If around guys and able to post, come back and join the party. Unlike you PPBB, I am well blessed .... ....in the Jack department , I got fkn loads , old ones young ,ones fat ones ,fatter ones ,ugly ones , ugly ones , season ticket holders ,ex trouble makers etc etc -- and they had nowhere to hide today, they 'fkn hates it Mush'
