Tonight the Chairboys entertain the Cobblers (cordwainers) who surprisingly lost at home to the lowly Minstermen on Saturday this will be a game of contrast of stiles with the Cobblers living up to their name playing hoof ball to their giant forwards let hope big Dave has recovered from his calf strain sustained on Saturday the other headache for Gaz is who to drop for Stuart Lewis with Matt Spring at last looking the player we hoped he was it will be a difficult decision I will be hoping for us not to be dragged into a long ball and will be disappointed if when I leave Adams Park tonight we haven't picked up at least a point <cool>

Tricky to tell who will start but it will be a big leap up the table if we get all 3 points.

I've got a feeling we'll get a point tonight,Akinfenwa can cause any defence problems so it would help to have Dave Winfield fit.

im going for a point tonight... our front line looked fantastic on saturday.having said that i was more impressed with akinfenwa at northampton than i have been with any other striker all season! 2 selection dilemas tonight - does lewis return for spring and does andrade come in for sam wood, who has looked shattered recently! personally i would keep it as it is, bit harsh on lewis but spring was fantastic on saturday

A well deserved point last night not a bad game for a 0-0 we kept the ball down and at times played some lovely football while they played hoofball my man of the match goes to Gary Doherty for keeping their giants quite disapointed to see McClure go off with growing pains but Junior was a star when he came on :emoticon-0105-wink:

Nice to see Spring getting such praise after all the stick he got earlier. I wonder what transformed him.

I thought it was a good effort. Northampton are big, strong and physical, but the players stood up to it well, without any help from the referee. True, we didn't create much, but I still think the performance showed the team is making progress. Didn't disagree with Dunne getting man of the match; did well against Chris Hacket, who is a decent winger.

well deserved point, could have been more but we struggled with clear cut oppotunitys. dunne was fantastic, but man of the match could just have easily gone to spring or the doc
