It seems that lads like Killgallon are getting a second chance under PDC so what about young lads like Noble. I have watched this kid for 5 years and saw his potential when he was 15. It was reported that he had been told by Martin that he was being released but imo wrongly as he has never been given a chance here to show us his finishing ability.

I don't know if he is good enough or not but one thing's for sure, if we don't have many striking options then he deserves a place on the bench or another close season to show PDC he is worth keeping. This lad was born to score goals lads. Okay hes not built like a brick ****house and will never be a battering ram but he has pace and is a brilliant finisher.

Maybe there will be more of the young lads given a shout like Jordan Laidler and Mikael Mandron lately?

If he can shine on the training ground, then I'm sure he will get a chance..

3 in 16 for league one hartlepool, seems he just can't mix it with the big boys? Besides, surely the fact that PC has opted for mandron on the bench over him speaks volumes? I don't know, tbh I've never seen the lad play really. If PDC sees something in him then he'll get everyone's full backing I'm sure.

As mentioned above, Mandron has passed him under PDC.

I think the lad, sadly, isn't gonna make it, I'd love to be wrong on this.

He's had several failed loan spells, and his attitude has been questioned a few times, he needs a full season somewhere.

He defo has a size problem. I reckon Paolo will have him on the weight bench like he'll have Bramble on the treadmill

He's 22 next season so if we were to keep him he would have to take up one of the two limited over age slots for the U21 development team, that's why we're getting rid apparently. Lynch is in the same boat.

If PDC is as meticulous as the reports suggest then no-one will be `overlooked`.
Whether he is considered good enough is another matter entirely.

We both watched him Cest and he looked a cracking young player. He apparentyly has a very large head on those shoulders and that's what is hampering him. When he plays in our reserve side the players around him are generally a better level than Hartlepool and are more likely to set him up for the goals. His attitude is what I reckon has stopped him progressing - a prima donna with no on pitch success is never going to make it

Watched him at pools a couple of time, he does have a decent touch he is quite fast, may have been a better player than those around him, butttttt he spent a great deal of time on bench, he's just to weak. IMO

It would be good to see the lad scoring goals for the 1st team for sure. I'm sure Paulo will give him a chance if he shows the right attitude.

Noble has definitely been training with the first team under PDC although i'm not sure if that's just because of injuries, looks like Mandron and Laidler have both jumped ahead of him in PDCs plans though as they are both physically bigger.

Think youth will get a much better chance with PDC if they are good enough and show the right attitude, I think PDC will like Laing and Egan when they return from injuries as they give their all and like to pass out from defence. Personally i'm a big fan of little Billy Knott whose been tearing up the conference this season but needs to prove himself at a higher level.

I now live in Woking where billy knott has been playing. My sister & her fella go to the majority of games & say he has been excellent, head & shoulders above everyone else in that league this season...the local rag has been throwing superlatives at him left, right & centre too!

Nowhere near good enough. Remember we've let Saha, Campbell and Ji go out for not being good enough. Noble couldn't lace their boots.

Mon let those three go not PDC, not saying Noble is good enough but at least he will get a chance with PDC. Apparently a few days after Mon left some of the kids who were getting released were offered new deals, not sure who.

What do you base that statement on though?

My mother is 73 and had better legs than Saha? Campbell and Ji not good enough agreed but we simply dont know how good or bad Noble is as he has never been given the chance.

I will bet you now that Noble would score more goals than Campbell, given the same run of games?

Why has he failed so miserably every loan chance he has had? I know he's had injury problems but that's no excuse for his time at Hartlepool.

Campbell has proved he's a goalscorer since moving to Cardiff. My bet is that Noble will be playing non league football in a few years like other local lads Michael Proctor and Michael Reddy.

All that said id loved to be proved wrong
