from what I've read. It wasn't a free kick that led to the goal. will be listening to him on match of the day and hope he gives credit where it's due and admit we deserved it. like the many mag fans who've graciously acknowledged this.

Doesnt excuse the implosion afterwards but at 1-1 its a different game completely, you have to at least recognise that

Aye that's a point. The free kick for the disallowed goal was given for nothing. Not even a foul. Sessegnon played the ball and Gutierrez did what he does best...

We should have had two penalties before their disallowed goal and one afterwards, Sess beats Taylor, Taylor slips, they get a free kick with Sess clean in on goal, 9minutes injury time, three first half six second.

Howard Webb should not be officiating in our games the cheating bar steward.

And the certain penalty by that **** taylor before the disallowed goal?
That could have made a big difference too, swings and roundabouts.
The goal was a goal just like the penalty was clear cut.

I think your definition of certain and my definition differ. Taylor's was not a certainty, there is no way that small tug could have produced that acrobatic an effect. However Larsonn acting like the goalkeeper again was a cartainty of a penalty

And the foul on Johnson, that should have been a straight red according to Redknapp and Neville.

Pardew is just trying to paper over the cracks and many Newcastle fans are not buying it I bet.

Back to your usual bleating self.
Taylor is a cheating ****, the end!
We were the better team on the day.
    Deal with it.

Pardew can f*** off. DiCanio absolutely tonked him tactically today, and I'm not surprised.

If you've watched us play, we're so boring and predictable, and worse, not-threatening whatsoever. DiCanio pushed his team up, forced them to put pressure on Cabaye (who's been out of sorts all season) and Jonas at left back in particular.

His application of Rose (dropping him deeper to remove any threat from our pacier players), and Danny's performance itself was very intelligent, whereas Pardew's use of our best player, Marveaux, was pathetic. He should have been down the right where Gouffran and Jonas failed badly.

Graham, I thought was superb. While the rest of my Toon cohort have been spunking over some average performances Mbiwa's put in, I've been saying he was weak in the air and easily outmuscled, and Graham tore him a new one today.

Not sure we won a single battle on the pitch, and Sunderland totally deserved the result, so enjoy it lads <ok>

I feel low, but I can console myself with the fact that although this sucks so much, it's the catastrophic failures which make the highs that much better!

Well done Sunderland, some cracking goals. Thought your supporters were excellent as well, by the way. I tried to get our lot going after goals 2 and 3, but it was impossible.

Calm yourself down. I have already gone out of my way to state I am not excusing the collapse, but you cannot simply state a legitimate goal, with the ability to dramatically alter the balance of a game, being chalked off for no good reason should simply be disregarded as an insignificant incident of the game

    Your talking what ifs.
Even you can't deny your player should have got a red for the tackle on JOHNSON?
The penalties and a clear sending off were before your disallowed goal.
Are you claiming Cisse would have still been in the position for the tap in if you had been down to ten??????

Swings and roundabouts you cant cherry pick to suit yourself.

    3-0

    PS. well said Gandalf.

You are the one talking in ifs and should have. If Cisse had been sent off (hit his thigh and he went down holding his shin <doh>), should have had a penalty etc. These are all subjectives. Cisse's goal is the one objective element of all this. It was in the net and it was legitimate.
