Anyone else worried about him playing today? Although Jonas at LB scares me, I fear Tiote is too reckless and stupid for a game of this magnitude. If anyone is going to lose their head and get sent off today it will be him. If he ****s up (gives away a penalty, loses possession leading to a goal) or gets sent off I don't ever want to see him play for us again.

I think this could be a mistake on Pardew's part. I'd have preferred Perch in there.

Not so worried now that Cattermole isn't playing. Those two rub each other up the wrong way. Cheick will be fine.

I am more worried about his ability this season he has been pony, I hope his twin brother comes back next season
The one we had last year.
He is so slow and breaks up the momentum

I'm with 2010 here, I'm more worried about the standard of football he has been playing this season more than whether he will get himself sent off or not (which is also a worry). Him playing could go pretty well, or horribly wrong for all concerned

He'll be awesome and you'll all feel bad for doubting him.

Either that or we'll be down to 10 after 3 minutes <laugh>

Agree with OP. Tiote concerns me.

I Would rather see Anita start this one. I think we can outplay them in the middle if we had him in there alongside Cabs, Marv, Sissoko.

I've said a few times if Cabaye doesn't play (or doesn't play well) you struggle a lot more.

Although we stepped up to the plate today I would take Cabaye & Sissoko off ya's. Two bloody good midfielders imo.

Cabs didn't seem right during the warm up, and so it proved to be.

Cayabe has been shocking for the last three games, and Anita not much better to be fair[

Tiote has been ****e all season. Sissoko should be playin in that position and cabaye playing more advanced. Cabaye is sitting far to deep for me.
