Im not necessarily saying that we will or anything, but i dont get why everyone keeps saying that it is over. It is a fact that if we win our next game then we are right back up there.

ed your loyalty is admirable but time for a reality check ... you talk about the beauty of this division .. 1 win in 13 at the start of the season and we'd be leaving this division but in the wrong direction ... the buck for that has to lie with the manager and frankly I think he is now a dead man walking. We now need to win our next 4 games all against teams above us ... it's possible but unlikely and even if we do, it is papering over cracks as far as Pearson's management skills are concerned ... I think he is very lucky that we have a game on Tuesday rather than next weekend - otherwise I suspect our owners might well have decided to prune the garden already ...
This is ridiculous. Im not saying we will or anything but IF we win our next game, we ARE right back in the mix with only 3 games to go. It really is as simple as that. You cannot argue otherwise.
How do you basically beat somebody but only get 1 point?? we didn't and that's a fact, we may get a draw with Bolton, and poss Palace, can't see us getting anything against Watford, and def nothing at Forest, doubt we willl win another game this season, which is worrying, cos as stated somewhere above, we really don't wanna be carrying our present run of form into next season. We have f****d up big time, and as ive said before i couldn't care less if Pearson stays or goes, but somebody needs to sort this mess out and soon
Anyone can see that we only lost that game because of a stupid individual error from nugent. We effectively beat them and we can say all this 'but we didnt' all we want but anyone can see that apart from that one moment of madness in the 92nd minute that we would have won. Its pointless and irrelevant saying who we can and cant beat - did peterborough think they could beat cardiff earlier in the season? There is only 4 games left, we take them one at a time, and regardless of what anyone thinks, if we beat Bolton on tuesday then we ARE right back up there in the mix. That is FACT.
I am right behind Leicester Ed on this one. IF we beat Bolton on Tuesday then we have another chance to succeed. FACT. On current form, yes I agree it will be very very tough, but it IS possible. We have to keep on believing until it IS impossible. Just hope Matt Mills doesn't score a 95th minute winner for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think people are misunderstanding me for saying that we will go out there and win every game. Im not. What i am saying is that if we beat Bolton then it is a FACT that we are right back in the mix, with our future in our own hands (away at forest). Given its in our own hands, maybe a bit of support to push them over the line?
ed I think you are missing the point completely - for how many games now have you said, "if we win this next match we will be back in the mix blah blah" ... but we haven't (I really hope we do, don't misunderstand).. just one thing please - if we don't beat Bolton on Tuesday - don't come on saying "we can still win the next one then we'll be right back in it" ... Man City can still win the Prem mathematically - but they won't ...
