I'm obviously pissing in the wind here but I hear you mate. I used to hate Thatch for closing the Shipyards, I worked in one of them when it shut. In truth though they were on the way out anyway. Ships can be built far cheaper elsewhere. As for mining, Coal is no longer economical to mine large scale and is a very dirty fuel. Although I was never a fan I'll always admire her determination. I thank her for bringing Nissan to my home City and I also thank her for the way she treated our armed forces which was my second career....Best of all though...Bringing bloody Scargill to his knees.
