What spices do you put in? I used to get the packet mix but when I thought I'll try it from scratch, every recipe I looked at was different. Followed one that has chilli powder, cumin and cinnamon. Was dubious about the cinnamon as I'd have only put that in a cake but it tastes great.
Aye, tiniest bit of cinnamon is all you need. All in all its got garlic, a red onion, a handful of fresh coriander, cumen seeds, coriander seeds, paprika, tiny bit of cinnamon, half an oxo cube crushed in. The business < ok>
