IF we win the title.. Will it be with the most average United side ever?

You guys don't understand. We won't play good football till we get rid of British players who are overrated.
The likes of Welbeck, Cleverley, Young etc are so excruciatingly average that its unbelievable.
Now in Welbeck we have a rightful successor of Heskey. 2 goals this season is a joke.

He cant get enough game time, so its not his fault when you have RVP and Roo up front.

Is this a joke. Welbeck has played 40 games this season and scored 2 goals. Yes 2 goals. Don't give me the excuse he has played wide. Its not as if he has played out side the stadium. 2 goals in 40 games is embarrassing even for a wideman. If he wasn't British and didnt come through the academy he would have been sold by now. Younger Heskey

I think this title would have come a little too early for a team in transition. We barely have players in their ptime, either too old or too young. But courtesy of underperforming rivals and our ruthless forwards, we have got here. In terms of spectacle, apart from high scores and numerous comebacks, we haven't played sublime flowing football.

Does anyone over here really rate Welbeck? The guy is so excruciatingly average and he doesn't possess a single world class ability. His finishing is worse than anyone out there. He just runs around like a headless chicken without end product.

Nah. I have given up on Anderson. He has ceased to be a United player for me. But Welbeck is a horrible striker. That is the truth. His legs just give away like a new born antelope when he gets into the box. He will struggle to be even a 15 goal a season striker.

What are you talking about? How is this a WUM? I don't post here much and this is actually one of the first times I have posted here as I heard that this site was good.
Btw what are your thoughts on Danny Heskey?

Welbeck had over 40 appearances last season. The amount of chances he missed was unbelievable. He should have scored ct least 20-25 last season considering the easy chances he squandered. I am talking easy chances here like 6 yard tap ins etc and not half chances. If it was Hernandez or any half decent striker he would have scored at least 20.
Welbeck has been shown how average he really is this season. 2 Goals is atrocious. The excuse of playing out wide doesn't apply. He has missed easy chances in the box. Danny Sturridge scored 16 from out wide at Bolton.

And Cleverley is yet another average player on our books. The guy has literally no ability to take the game by the scruff of the neck. All he does is pass sideways and we slate Carrick for it who is 10 times the player.
Don't even get me started on that waste of space Ashley Young.

I like Wellbeck, far from the finished article but he works really hard and has the raw attributes to become a top premiership striker. I think it's fantastic that a local lad is given as much chance as possible <ok>. Promoting from youth is a big part of United.

    <laugh> it's the Anti-Matth! <laugh>

The passionate and over-the-top criticism of United players (instead of the support of them) <laugh>

At least Matth is a genuine fan whose passion just bubbles over at times... It's quite clear what your agenda is though. At least KPR was funny...

I agree with you about Welbeck though, it's ridiculous that he has played 40 times, if only we had a manager who knew how to tell if a player was any good! Sack Fergie, bring in Benitez! <diva>

Our manager definitely knew Bebe, Taibi,Djemba Djemba were going to be good.
Welbeck is so average that Sunderland, Norwich is his level. He will never make it at United.

    Are you a wum ?

The best way to start using a new forum might not to be to come on and slag off half the team if you're not actually a wum ?
