Any chance Yorkshire might hold a farewell picket at her funeral?

Does this mean we can open the coal mines back up now?

Apparently her funerals been delayed while they build a big enough dance floor on her grave to accomodate everyone

I thought she was the best PM we ever had..... she introduced council house puchase and for my parents was the best thing that ever happened! She had more guts and Patriotism than all of the rest of the twats that have followed her put together - she certainly let the Argies know what was what, She sorted out the miners that were holding the country to ransom and she went a long way in sorting out the ground rules for settling the 'Irish' problem.

We wouldn't be in the **** we are now if she or someone like her could still be at Downing street.

I for one will salute a fabulous lady!

From a world view, she and Ronald Reagan did a lot of good. They had to make a lot of tough choices and do some popular things but both countries were in a huge mess at the time and their strong leadership was needed.

Oh the irony. I go past Millwall everyday where the industry has gone, the docks closed and people who grew up in the area can't afford to buy a house. What a fantastic legacy!
