He wouldn't be my first choice, however if he was free and out of contract, he is under rated. Ask Fonte?
Not my first choice as I think we can get better. I was just pointing him out from Saintsnaggs1885 list that he is not a bad player. I may well get dragged into a debate now where i am accused of saying we MUST sign him
I am not saying he should be our top target but I do feel he is a very underated player. On the face of it his goalscoring record is poor but that doesn't take into account the fact that he is often used in a wide position. He's young, hungry and will only get better. I believe in the right side the goals will begin to flow and lets not forget he was recently called up to the full Argentina squad which tells you all you need to know about his quality.
