It was not M'Bias fault. Maloney cheated. Watch it again........ Maloney looks over his shoulder to see where M'Bia is. Stops dead in his tracks.. M'Bia has no choice but to run into him.. Maloney drops like a sack of ****. Fatty Dowd blows for a free-kick before Maloney hits the deck. Maloney is a cheat.
I think the quietness was due to shock....and Wigan made no noise ...there were only 2 of them anyway.... I had 10 minutes euphoria, I just couldn't believe how cruel football life really is.
Monday is going to be a long day at work & still can't get over it, still seeing flashes of brilliance & flashes of gloom numb.
I'm sure he didn't look or feel any worse than us fans ..................... if you think he's a headcase, just look around at this board .................... we going f--king nuts!
Just read through this thread and I have to say I love this board. So many eloquent posters. Those last ten minutes not only summed up our season but supporting QPR generally. Never easy or dull is it?. Stand up if you love rangers gave me a tingle!
Calling M'Bia a Moron is massively unfair and a total knee jerk reaction to a result, which in my opinion would have made little difference to our relegation this season. The team lacks leadership, give away far too many passes and silly fouls and is a general mess that isn't good enough for this league. The best way to sort it out, is a year in the Championship, get rid of the deadwood and build something decent and hopefully bounce back up. It's horrible to watch your team play so poorly over 2 seasons, but watching Swansea or Southampton you can see how wrong we got it. Embrace relegation lads, it's not the end of the world and may do more good than you think!
Me too Aphex actually had a small tear its was a fantastic moment. I also agree to a point with Flyer I knew also that the Wigan goal would go in ... no blame to anyone ... you can't change it and it was a good strike. This is how it will be and I will cling to the last moment because I know there are other twists coming I feel that as strongly as that Wigan goal
