I glad that Harry and Tony have been positive through all of this and saying that they believe we can stay up. But now we wont lets start planning for next season now. work out who staying and whose not and start building to get us back up. onwards and upwards. lets you this as a positive for once. COYR's
...but it's so difficult to do while there is mathematical chance... and me gloomiest doom-monger out there. No doubt the club are feverishly planning for the inevitable, but I'll just hang on a tad longer. It's the hope that really kills you... last season I had given up with 7 games to go - and we all know how that turned out!
Wonder if the club are providing this Monday morning? please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
I for one am not worried about relegation. Our owners and board have been naive in their time here but I think they will have learned their lessons and I believe them when they say they're here for the very long term commitment. We'll be back and we'll be more stable and sensible!!
sorry mate, I wasn't in a good mood last night for some reason, was inclined to have a go at random.....
QPR999 sorry not only is spelling not my strong point it was written at 6 in the morning. i have tried banning myself from writing stuff at that time. i just forget. but is good to know people are here to help me out
i hope you are right. it just wont not be tonys way to go at this half hearted at this. it also would not make any sense for him to walk away.
I will not be discussing fall out ... This is not a funeral ... We are not down yet. Every QPR fan is now required We are on the ropes ... I have been there many times in life ... You do not give in You play the full 90 minutes lads ... You play the full 90 You don't stop until the whistle blows then on only then is it Game Over Discuss all you want but I am not joining in until the whistle goes
If things turn to mud and we slide down ................. I sincerely hope that Harry stays and builds a team to not only come back up but knows how to stay up and prosper. That must be our long term thinking but for the time being we are not dead, just yet.
Cesar - offski, he is worthy of another prem club Green - will stay, nobody else wants him Ned - stay, I don't see anyone else coming in for him Clint - stay, knackered in the Prem but Championship might suit and he has another season in him Bootswinger - I hope they offload him, he'd be welcome abroad, I predict a Turkish side Traore - stay, as long as he sorts out his injuries Samba - if he drops his wages he'll go, if he is the mercenary we all think he is they he'll keep turning up for the money, even when we drop M'Bia - shown himself up far too often for me, doesn't make up for what good work he is capable of, another one to go if the chance comes Jenas - still not sure if he is ours or Spuds, might stay because his best days are long gone and he'll get games in the Championship Townsend - better than Championship but I'd like to extend his loan period if Spuds don't want him, expect him to go though Hoilett - had a few injuries so not featured much, if he wants to stay I'd keep him but he may be used to bring in funds SWP - back when surgery done, not that I'm bothered but I reckon he'll stay Zamora - crocked when we bought him, crocked again and due for more knife work, always said he'd leave if we got relegated so cheerio Bob Adel - as much as I'd love him to stay I think we will be saying goodbye in the summer, bound to be someone who'd want him but I hope we get a good price and not let him go on the cheap Remy - he's well and truly offski, again I hope it isn't on the cheap, there should be plenty of interest from Prem or abroad because he is quality Mackie - even though I think he is what we need when we go down I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves for a lower Prem team or one of the bigger Championship sides Diakite - gone missing, is he injured? Is he mental? Thought he was one for the future but now I've got no idea where his head is at Ben Haim - only ever a make weight/cover but might stay if there is a clear out Derry - has he got another season in him? I'd keep him if he thinks he has the legs Park - offski, don't see him wanting/able to grind out a season or two in the lower leagues, back to Korea or USA for his pension AJ - will he ever be fit again? Can't say I'd want to find out, best he is let go because he is only one tackle away from the knackers yard Granero - utter failure this season, soonest gone the better Betty - who knows? Maybe he'll find his shooting boots are better suited to life in the Championship We might get DJ back, Luke Young might get back to fitness so some old faces may make a return. Or I am just full of piss and vinegar thinking our top names will bail out on us and they will all stay and fight like mad to get us promoted again? Flutter flutter, oink oink, flutter flutter......
Nice effort there, Grove. I would love to comment but being that we are not done yet, I can't. Again, your effort are appreciated though.
