The Loic Remy Appreciation Thread

Remy's goals have gained us 4 points this season, that is 1/6 of our total.

His goal today should win goal of the season, it was world class!

Really hoping we can keep him for next season or even until January! He'll tear up trees in the Championship!

 

Someone will have an excellent player on the cheap next season. Phenomenal finisher the like those of us under 25 have never seen before and possibly won't again.

 

He'll be gone in the summer.

 

Can't remember Sir Les scoring anything like that - please someone correct me if I'm wrong (with video evidence).

 

Doesn't he have a dirt cheap release clause?

 

Won't be joining Derby though will he so what's your interest?

 

Good player and will be even better if he can stay injury free...can see him moving to another Prem side for sure...I would expect we will get back what we paid for him.

 

Scored 2 crackers in 2 games. Shame we'll lose him to the silverwareless knobs

The only difference here is that we have at least had Remy in the side scoring goals for us albeit for a dozen matches.

Great shame, but there will be other players in the future. It comes hard to swallow when you observe the clinical finishing.

Perhaps Uncle Tony will hold onto him?

 

More chance of both playing for us next season. He does nothing in the build up but is a lethal finisher. He will do very well for arsenal as they create loads of chances, we created only a couple of chances today.

Also think a big thank you to Townsend, never gives up and having just watched the goals again looked gutted when they equalised. This lad is 21 and a true professional in my opinion.
