Wigan doing the right thing.. keeping possession, lots of width making us work hard and forcing us deeper.. another long hour to go
I agree it was the right decision, but not sure I was witnessing a bright start up until then. The Rs cannot keep the ball, which is only now exacerbated by being a man down. Wigan are now the home team.
It's about staying composed and get to half time level. Regroup and find our shape with ten men. This could turn out to be the "twist" that can give us momentum towards the last couple of games. To win with ten men will give this group a real sense of belief. And now Zamora doesn't get automaticly picked for at least three games. Could be a blessing in disguise. And that is coming from one of Bobby's biggest admirerers on here.
Haven't seen a good enough cam angle of it myself. But the English commentarys says Dowd had a perfect view. ???
Way to think positively Norway.. don't agree with a word of that but wish I was such a 'glass half full' person. Good for you!
If only Hoilett was another Townsend, we might have a bit more penetration. I keep saying it, however, but we just can't keep the ball. Taarabt for Hoilett?
Good that he still consulted the lino though. When dealing with something like a red card or penalty, they have to be sure. Rugby refs do it all the time to make sure they've got the call right.
Think he'll bring on Tarbs at HT.. Townsend playing great again - when Spurs sell Bale in the Summer he'll be a regular for Spurs and in the England team
