To blame ML entirely is naive - the players need to step-up (eg Ash as captain to inspire and drive by example) Need to step-up from the kick-off instead of coasting until the opposition step-off.....eg Spurs

Whats there to debate , shall we have a vote to see whether the manager is suitable for the task, seriously does that needs debating at this time of the season where we've exceeded all expectations .Some people need instant gratification and when it doesn't go the way they want then the toys come out of the pram .I've not heard one dissenting voice regarding the manager .thats not to say it's not been said but god help us if that is the truth and Mr BJ Griffiths does exist then I suggest he needs to follow some other club /sport

Why? Only an idiot would fail to answer that one. Could it be because Liverpool is a far bigger club than we are with far more money to spend? Could it be that they have had a twenty years head start on us at the top level? Could it be that Rodgers inherited a seasoned squad of quality players such as Suarez, Gerrard, Johnson, Reina, etc etc. Oh yes, Rodgers is good at that; INHERITING. Just like he did at Swansea paying little or no acknowledgement to the work others had done before him. He wasn't so clever at Watford or Reading was he, when he had to build his own team from nothing? Got his backside kicked out of the door pretty sharpish at Reading when they were heading for relegation. McDermott took the same team and took them right up the table eventually earning a play off final before clinching promotion. Why couldn't your precious Brenda do that when he was there?
