Sensible decision from connections and I'm sure he will be wonderfully looked after by Trevor Hemmings. He provided me with my biggest ever single winning bet when winning his first Ryanair, I'll never forget trying to contain my joy in Stockholm Airport when listening to him romp home. Happy retirement Albertas Run, one of the gamest horses you'll ever see.
oddy do you always watch racing at airports? whats wrong with at home, in the pub or even in the bookies?
Happy retirement to the gallant old boy, his effort last year was so brave. Some people have certain vantage points when at racecourses, but not Oddy. He has specific airports for the big races!!
LOL ............ I was working in Sweden at the time and was on my way home. I was listening to the Sporting Life radio commentary in the SAS Lounge trying not to shout "come on AP" at the top of my voice..................
Really glad to hear, owes nothing to anybody. Great servant to racing and possesses an awesome modern day cheltenham festival record.
