    Severe mag sense of humour failure here. You've had the bragging rights this season with the derby games and doing well in your first season back. And, boy, didn't you brag!?

    But you get a bit back when you chuck away a 3-0 lead and finish below us and it's all toys out the pram!

    Oh I don't mind a bit of banter between fans. Just get's a bit sad when they make it sound like a massive acheivement for what was a really **** season.

    Don't make me laugh man. Like I said In my post before, take a look at the threads on your board. Not many of us care that you finished above us this season. For the past couple of weeks you lot have been slating Bruce then you scrape into 10th and your over here giving it the big one. Show some class man, your season has been a joke, one win and a 10th place finish do not paper over the cracks at your club.
    Nice one you finished 10th. We have had a better season from our perspective.

    Our aim was to finish 17th: we finished comfortably at 12th. You wanted Yewrope and look what you got. Don't think Brucie is the happier manager at the moment:emoticon-0138-think:emoticon-0140-rofl:<bubbly>

    Now that I have calmed down slightly I realise this thread was a bit bitter, but still stand by my original posts.

    Fair play to the mackems I suppose, done alright recently with a depleted squad.

    Hope we buy well in the summer so ****ty results like these dont happen as often!

    And before you mention 5 - 1 again its history, just like newcastle 1 Sunderland 9 is still a record away win in english football

    There is only you mackems who are bogeyed by it mate our expectations were lower than yours this season. Come back next year when I'm sure you will find Newcastle fans who are actually hurting over the fact that you lot finished above us.

    how to say this without sounding bitter **** it here goes

    i posted this on another thread if you're totally honest with yourselves what was your prediction at the start of the season and are you pleased deep down how your season has gone for me the answer would be yeah we finished 5 places higher than i thought and could have been higher but for injuries etc. but still a great season with good signs for next year now can you honestly say the same
