When I said all the dangers I didn't expect jockey losing his irons to be the one that leads to the horse being pulled up. What a tosser!

Once again the Irish National thows up an Irish trained outsider - I have NEVER found the winner of this race - dunno why I bother trying!

Gutted man, fancied it strongly, Townend taking peaks cruising going to the second last, thought I was up for my money. Absolutely hacked through the race, never touched a twig. If you look at the winners form, it certainly isnt a shock, must admit I didnt even look at her last night going through the race. Away We Go is a battler and I thought he was certain to go past.

I doubt that even the horses owners backed it!

She slammed Raz De Maree over 3m1, believe me, plenty of people would have backed her, lightly raced, ideal type for the race, im sure anyone who has followed the horse would have been on today.

The betting means nothing, especially in races like this.

Right - that's me done for the day. Gotta go store the motorhome away for a couple of weeks then buy some food!

Did I mention Realt Mor from yesterday? Oh, I did! Unlucky with Away we Go MOG - maybe your later one will oblige <ok>

Good luck if playing on :)

I didnt even realise Home Farm got 3rd, that was my saver in the race, would have been sick at not doing the forecast had the winner not been in the race <laugh>

Liberty Counsel beat Raz Du Maree comfortably off a 10lb lower mark on her 2nd last Chase start before today who has since gone on to frank the form strongly by winning the Munster National and Cork Grand National. If you put a line through her run in the Kim Muir she was entitled to win. Very hard to find and I certainly didn't see it!

Just home and watched BEN CEE PEE M. A little unlucky huh. Jack Sherwood not the strongest conditional. Cant be arsed to read six pages but I hope you have had a few winners fellas. If you are down then there is always 3-1 QPR to look forward to this evening ;-)
