Warnock is already leaving - he always said that. It's just the timing. That's why we need someone else in now to look at what we have and consider how to take things forward once the season ends. That's why I want a new guy in who will take oiver, rather than lose Warnock now, and then the new guy is having to juggle the day-to-day stuff as well as look at the long term strategy.
It's an awkward situation to be in. Because a few want Gus in, however if Gus is to come in. It'll be end of the season. We could have Naylor until then. But Gus will have to come in an have no idea of who's good or who's crap. Gut feeling says Brian McDermott. Still not sure on him.
