Cheers lads, love that horse, always underrated in the market, I knew he was serious the day he ran out at Leopardstown, hasnt let me down since. He travels real sweet for a horse who does so much off the bridle, hes going to make a nice chaser one day. Defy Logic has an engine but he has always looked awkward with that head up in the air, I reckon he will be better over fences too.
I think you should be sending Davy Condon a thank you card Boris. The only jock who realised Defy Logic wouldn't thrown in the towel. If he doesn't win ride of the week with that he never will.
Sammy Black looks solid but short enough at 7/4 for a horse of his ability in a race like this, couple of quid on Smart Money 8/1 for me. Did think Castletown Bridge was interesting, if bob is right and the ground isnt as soft as described, he could have an e/w chance.
ROTO's has been done on the line there. Unlucky chaps. He could have won it if he wanted. Looked to be getting on top with a furlong to go but the winner out battled him.
Not for changing on the other hand has just under a poor ride. Carberry has obviously misjudged that one by about 10 yards.
God there's some miserable bastards on here today. Boris sticks up a 14/1 winner. I stick up two gambled winners in 4/7 Annie Power (went off around 4/11) and a massive gamble on Doheny Bar at 11/2 that went off 2/1. Stick puts up a double. ROTO's horse is gambled from 13/2 into 4/1 and loses by a short head on the line when he really should have won. And there's barely a titter from you lot. HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME.
Pencilhimin was very odd. Lost track of him and saw he was tailed off out the back. Will have to watch it back to see what happened as I never saw Condon get after him at any stage. Moidore done in a head bobber wasn't friendly!
The curse of multiples! If you backed all the selections in singles over the past few days(past year even) would be in a very positive LSP Well done lads as usual
I watched him throughout ROTO as I didn't have an interest in the race. He seemed to give up pretty easily to be fair. Up to half way i'd have said he was running a decent enough race in a fair mid pack position but on the outside. He slipped through the field quite easily though and pulled him up when it was obvious he had no chance. Can't wait for this race. No interest but I would love it if Mikael wins.
to all those who put up winners so far today, waiting on the last for the placepot at Musselburgh, fingers crossed, and obviously Ministry e.w at Plumpton in the next as i put up earlier
